Adobe Sign Training

Easily upload and send documents for electronic signature using Adobe Sign’s eSignature platform. Recipients of your sent documents will be able to quickly access and sign documents electronically. Senders will be able to check a document’s status, send reminders, and review audit trails of each document sent.

OnBase

Hyland Onbase Forms and Workflow is used to automate defined campus business processes. Forms are created to capture the required information in an organized manner. The document can then be routed electronically using OnBase workflow to obtain the necessary campus approvals

Digital Accessibility

The Office of Digital Accessibility assists the campus with the accessible creation, remediation, training of digital media; the auditing and remediation of campus web pages; assisting with video captioning and audio transcription; assisting with Zoom teleconferencing for accessible meetings and classrooms; assisting with accessible in-person events; accessible procurement reviews for campus digital tools.

Digital Document Accessibility Training

Technology Services is now offering Digital Document Accessibility Training. This one-hour training is offered in person and on Zoom. The Office of Digital Accessibility (ODA) will provide an understanding of digital document accessibility fundamentals. An exercise will be provided at the end of the training to verify knowledge of the tools and skills learned. Attending this training is required to maintain access to the documents folder on the OMNI CMS platform by the end of June 2024.
