Employee Offboarding

Employee offboarding is a critical process that includes revoking access to university systems, networks, and applications to ensure data security. This step involves disabling the employee's login credentials, removing access to email accounts, file storage, and other cloud-based services (such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), and deactivating VPN, remote desktop, and other network connections.
