TeamDynamix

TeamDynamix is a ticketing service used by technology services to streamline and manage support requests. When students, faculty, or staff encounter technical issues, they can submit tickets through TeamDynamix, detailing their problems or service needs. The platform then categorizes, prioritizes, and assigns these tickets to the appropriate personnel for resolution. It provides features for tracking the progress of each ticket, communicating updates to the requester, and generating reports on service performance and trends. Additionally, TeamDynamix is used for asset management by our Digital Infrastructure team and IT Liaisons to inventory and track campus devices.
