All new employees and students are provided with information from HR or admissions on how to sign up for their Google account. If you have not created your Fresno State account yet, you can follow the steps at the link below to ceate an account.

Google Groups is a service from Google that allows users to create and participate in online forums and email-based groups. It facilitates group communication, collaboration, and information sharing by enabling users to post topics, hold discussions, and share documents within a defined community.

Students and employees can request to change their username at anytime. Please submit the appropriate request below.
