The Client Services Division of Technology Services at Fresno State, is committed to delivering exceptional support and solutions tailored to the diverse needs of our campus community. Our dedicated team provides comprehensive assistance, from resolving technical issues and managing service requests to offering strategic guidance on technology use. We prioritize building strong, collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff and community to enhance their technological experience and ensure seamless, secure integration of technology into their daily activities. Our goal is to empower the Fresno State community through reliable, responsive, and innovative technological support.


 

What's New

Technology Support Services is currently in the process of migrating from an on-premises storage solution which has become “end of life” to Google Drive. We are creating new Google Shared Drives with Google Groups to migrate hundreds of terabytes of data to the cloud. We are at the beginning of this project which is to be completed by the end of the year.

Each semester new laptops are purchased and disseminated to faculty to replace older devices. Fresno State initiated this program over 10 years ago and it has been very successful program. Faculty are given the option of a Dell or Apple laptop. These devices are replaced every 4 years (staggered between all of the faculty so as to not his all at one time in one year).
