IT Asset Management

Technology Services Asset Management ensures effective tracking and management of all technology assets including hardware and software. Utilizing TeamDynamix Asset Management software, we maintain accurate records and oversee inventory. ITL teams also manage lifecycle processes to optimize asset utilization and ensure that departments have access to the current up to date technology they need.

Our Tier 2 and 3 ITL Technical Support team provides expert-level assistance for complex technical issues, ensuring smooth and efficient technology operations across campus colleges and departments. We focus on advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution, delivering tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each department and enhance overall user experience.

 

Zoom Phone Support

Being a Zoom Suite campus our campus utilizes zoom IP phones across campus. Our Tech teams are specialized in the support of our Zoom phone systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. We help departments integrate and manage their Zoom phone solutions, ensuring reliable communication and addressing any issues to keep communication operations running smoothly.
