Redesign - Box with Border and editable section (height and button) v2

This component is a little bit different than the white card with border component because the summary/text can be entered by using WYSIWYG to give you more freedom in the text like bold text, links, paragraph and etc.

Please don't use this for all content. We specifically created this so you won't need to use table to have border around the text. 

• Heading is optional
• You can change the heading size by the content. If there is no Heading 2 before this component, then use H2.
• Button is optional
• You can change the background color
• PLEASE don't use the Fresno State red/blue for full box. Use it in 2-3-4 column content like the example below.
